Investment Associate

Cameron Gray joined BHW Capital in 2026, where he focuses on executing the firm’s multifamily investment strategies, including identifying acquisition and development opportunities, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.

Prior to joining BHW Capital, Cameron worked at Greystar on the Client Services team, primarily responsible for expanding the new third-party property management portfolio. In this role, he was responsible for managing and originating client relationships, underwriting both acquisitions and ground-up developments on behalf of third-party national clients, and creating client-facing deliverables. Over the past 5 years, he played a key role in expanding the Houston and Louisiana management portfolio by more than 22,000 units.

Born and raised in Houston, Cameron attended Episcopal High School. He went on to graduate from Texas Christian University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate.
