Stephen Kradjian
Director
Stephen Kradjian is a Director for BHW Capital, responsible for asset management. Before joining BHW Capital in 2023, Kradjian served as Disrupt Equity’s Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing multifamily asset performance, including, but not limited to, property onboarding, leasing, management, accounting, construction, and investor reporting.
Prior to his tenure at Disrupt Equity, Stephen served as Director of Asset Management at Boxer Property, where he oversaw the performance and expansion of the approximate 4 million square foot third party asset services portfolio. Additionally, he served in an asset management capacity at SitusAMC, Realterm, and Continental Airlines.
An upstate New York native, Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)
from Boston University and his MBA from Rice University.
